Blank text (also called empty text or an invisible character) is a Unicode character that takes up space or counts as a character but shows nothing on screen. Many apps do not allow empty messages or names made only of normal spaces, because they remove regular spaces (U+0020). Unicode characters like the Hangul Filler (U+3164) or Braille Pattern Blank (U+2800) are treated as real letters, so the app accepts them while they still look empty.
